How to make it happen
Check Your Title

Remove License Plates
If your vehicle has been parked for a while, remove the license plates. In Tennessee, you should surrender them to the DMV or simply destroy them. This protects you from any future liability.
Complete the Donation Form
Fill out the Volunteer Wheels donation form, providing the title and VIN of the vehicle. This will help us assess the vehicle and initiate the pickup process.
Schedule Pickup
Once the donation form is submitted, we will arrange a convenient pickup time for your vehicle. Our team will handle towing if necessary, so don’t worry about storage fees.
File Release of Liability
After the vehicle is picked up, we will file a release of liability for you, absolving you of any future responsibilities related to the vehicle.
